I am running Storyline 360 on my Macbook Pro via Parallels. I am not able to import any PPTX or PPT Files into Storyline. When I attempt to I import a PowerPoint file I receive the following error message "Filed to import PowerPoint presentation. The presentation "the name of the file" could not be imported. Find out why here.
Is there an update that I can download or another way to import PowerPoints into Storyline?

Another thing to check is if you have any PowerPoint add-ins, it may help to temporarily disable them and then try to import the file into Storyline.
