I have recently installed the trial version of Articulate 360 in my system. I have learnt that the trial version has no limitations in terms of functionality. However, i am unable to locate the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
I have also attached the screenshot for better understanding.
As per your suggestion i tried reinstalling Storyline 360, but the result is same. also an error pop-up with the below content while starting a new project.

Hi Arnov
looks like your install might be corrupt.
Do you have the install loaded on your local drive and do you have the DPI set to 96dpi or in Windows 10 100%
Otherwise I would try unistalling and reinstalling
Thanks Wendy

Hi Arnov
if you checked that your system meets the required technical specs for SL360 I would log a case with the Articulate Engineers and get their advice.
