When I try to insert a slide, or multiple slides, from a content library template I get the error `download failed` continuously. What could be the issue?
As a newbie to Articulate Storyline it would help me so much to immediately get that professional look! Thanks for your suggestions.
Are you still on the trial or is it a valid subscription? They should be working on a subscription, and the Velocity template works on a Trial version. It could be the overall internet connection - have you tried downloading on a different network? Can you check with your IT team that the ports and endpoints here are open?
It looks like you connected with my colleague Victor (01035335), and he suggested that you reach out to your IT team and request that they allowlist the Articulate 360 network endpoints. Were you able to get it sorted out, or are you still having trouble?
Have you checked your overall download speed and that you've enabled the network and endpoints as detailed here? If you'd like to work with our Support Engineers they can take a look at all the system settings and anything else that could interfere with this.
After my IT team has added the endpoints, now there's no error in downloading. But the speed is still a problem through. On the other hand, what I notice, we actually download the whole template set even if we just want a particular slide from that template. This could be the reason why it took so long and encounter a lot of errors. It would more efficient, if we could just download the slide that we like.

What template(s) were you trying to download? I just tested one of the Vision templates (with a chart on it) and only got that one slide, although it did bring in all the associated master slides for that template style which is expected - is that the part that's slowing you down?
Yes, I will try again because I'm on a 12 Mbps and it's still slow. First time I downloaded, it took very long. But the second time I downloaded from that same template, it only took a few seconds. That's why I assumed that the first time it will download the entire template.

Me too, I'm having problem with the download speed. It's really slow, and most of the time I got the download failed popup. I have the subscription.
