I'm having trouble inserting a video that is a .wmv format. Articulate will allow me to select it and than it "blinks" a screen where it looked like it was going to insert it and it's gone before I can place my mouse over it or do anything. The video isn't in the slide either. I am able to insert a different .wmv video file but it's not the one I need. I even tried saving the file to my desktop and inserting that way and it still won't work. Any ideas why I'm running into this problem and how I can resolve it? Thanks in advance your help.
I've seen users have issue with certain files and the codec within. Perhaps this older forum thread will be able to assist you. If you need us to take a look, you can share the .wmv file for us to take a look.
