When I try to install the update for Articulate 360, I get a message saying it's unable to install the update because Storyline is running, even though I do not have the program open.

Katie, I am having a similar though perhaps slightly different problem. I have plenty of disk space so the error identified can't be the problem. Attached is a copy of the error message. Thank you. Richard
Error 80070643 typically occurs when there's not enough disk space to complete the installation process or the program files have been moved. We recommend checking that there's enough available disk space (1 GB min.) in the drive and that there aren't any pending Windows updates.
Because you have plenty of disk space, this is a great opportunity for our Engineers to step in. I've opened a support case, where an email should arrive in your email inbox.

Should have noted that I can still access 360 fine, it's just not applying the update.
