A co-worker recently downloaded the newest update to Storyline. After doing this, she is no longer able to launch/open Storyline. When she double clicks the icon from her desktop nothing happens. If she tries to open through the start menu nothing happens. We have shut down and restarted the computer, we have even uninstalled and reinstalled Storyline and still nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas?
