Hi. I'm new to Articulate and I'm learning as I go. I've created a project which worked fine, but now I have created a short quiz which will be a simple validation of knowledge for some of our specialist workers. I've created a results slide, but when I complete the quiz it will not move on to the results slide. It simply displays 3 moving white dots. Can anyone suggest a solution, as I've spent 2 hours trying to resolve it on my own so far? Each layer in each question has a trigger "Jump to next slide" which worked in my previous project. Thanks in anticipation.
A guess, something is corrupted on the Results slide.
Copy all the questions and results slide into a separate story, get it working there. You may have to delete elements or slides to isolate the corrupted content. My guess is the Results.
Once it is working in a separate file, you should be good to reimport it back into your course. Or leave the quiz standalone...
As Phil mentioned you may want to check what update of Storyline you're using. If you go to the Help Tab - > About Articulate Storyline you’ll see the update number listed there, in the bottom right corner. The latest is Storyline 360, build 3.30.19518.0

Once it is working in a separate file, you should be good to reimport it back into your course. Or leave the quiz standalone...
Duplicate the result;ts slide and delete the one that will not work (in that order).
Also update storyline first as this has been reported in the past and may have a fix.
