I received an error message (see attached) when attempting to open a Storyline file from a coworker. The file was created in Storyline 3, which is what I am using to open it. Another coworker is able to open the file, but I am not. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the screenshot! Are you on the latest update of Storyline 3? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.2.13213.0 in the bottom-right corner.
