Unable to open files in version 10

Hi, we're working with a couple of different versions of Storyline 2, 9 and 10. We're finding that when a module developed in 10 is edited in 9, the version 10 users cannot open the files again. 

Will upgrading the user on 9 to 10 solve the problem?

Hi Deb,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out here! While it's definitely recommended for both computers to be running the latest update, this shouldn't be preventing you from opening files. Are you working locally or from a network drive? Can you confirm if you're following these guidelines for collaborative work environments?
