Unable to Open Storyline 2 application

when ever one of users tries to open the application, the application closes in our Windows 7 with error code 0xe0434352 giving faulting application path  C:\program files (x86)\Articulate\Articulate Storyline 2 \Storyline.exe

I have tried reinstalling on another computer, the issue still persist for one user. I can login and use the product but they can't. I even tried recreating their user profile in active directory and still no luck with it.

I even liaised with Microsoft Tech support and they say the fault is within the application. So, it will be good if anyone can shed a light on why its not working for one user.

I have enclosed the copy of the error for your review.
