I have not used Articulate Storyline 2 for 2 weeks. Yesterday I need to and it wont open. The dialog said :
Our helpdesk already updated the flash player 11, 12, 13, 14, and it still wont open. The problem is the software wont open, but the storyline output still works normally. How do I work then? Please fix it ASAP
Thanks for the respond Leslie, our helpdesk already updated the Storyline 2 and the problems are still the same. But they found the problem is Windows update. Windows update makes many application didn't works properly because of the compatibility. They're now still works to fix it. Hopefully they can make it

If you update your Storyline 2 to the latest version, which can be found here, this should eliminate the error you are experiencing.

Hi Christie, I'm using Windows 7. Our helpdesk fixed the problem about the Windows update and now my Storyline can work properly :)
