this is noch a "link" which we can test. It`s just a path on your computer. C: is the drive your file is located on, it`s a LOCAL file on the pc not an ONLINE file.
Also "AppData" and "Temp" refers to your temporary saved files on your user profile and you want to open your course out of a zip file. I think all this is not working. You should save the file on your local drive (C:) for excample on the desktop and unzip the file. Then it should work. If not you could always contact the support directly. Or ask your company IT to help.
