Unable to Preview or Publish in Storyline 2

Updated a course for currency today. Saved the changes that were made. Since that time neither Preview or Publish will work without throwing an immediate generic error.

Yikes! Sorry you're getting stuck, Gary.

Is it possible that you’re working from somewhere other than your local C: drive?  Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause a few different problems, and you can read more about that here.

If you're already working locally, try importing the slides into a new Storyline file. And if that doesn't help, a simple repair usually does the trick.

The problem on our side at Nationwide is we do not have admin rights to install updates etc. I had the Application team on twice yesterday trying to install the latest update using their admin rights. They are getting a corrupted file error when they attempt run the installer. We downloaded the file multiple times. We need assistance from your support team as there is no one here at Nationwide with experience with the software.
