I am hoping to get some assistance regarding current inability to preview whole project and/or publish so that I can preview. Not sure what the problem is - task bar gets to a certain point and doesn't budge.
Thank you for your reply. I am working on local hard drive. So far have tried shorter file name, imported slides to new project and nothing. I don't have the option of uninstalling and reinstalling software as all this is controlled by IT department. I will check with them. Strange thing is that it was working last week for a different project.
Hi Debbie- Is this only happening with the one file in particular or across any file you're trying to preview/publish? If it's just the one file, would you be able to share it here for us to do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread.
If this is happening across the board with any file, however, getting in touch with your IT and having them run this repair will be your best option to fix this erratic behavior.

Hi Deb
hard to say but are you following the Articulate recommendations:
- using the latest SL2 update 10 version
- working from your local drive and not from usb, network or external drive
Has this just started happening? Has anything on your system changed.
You might need to do a reinstall / repair of storyline
Also check the length of the filename - less than 256 characters and doesn't contain any wild cards etc

Hi Ali,
Thank you for your response. It looks like the problem may be with the software not my program so I will need to get IT to check it out. Thank you :)
Hi Debbie- Thanks for the update! Keep me posted and don't hesitate to reach back out here if you have further trouble. :)
