Unable to progress in course on iPad 4

Hi, I have yet more issues with running the courses on the iPad through safari.
Despite my best attempts to get the app used (I just create I have nothing to do with publishing) I have managed to iron out most bugs but a new bizarre issue has occured.
When clicking on triggers on an iPad 4, they pretty much just refuse to work and nothing happens.
This works fine when testing on an iPad 3...
Also, if a course does work on the 4, if I accidentally touch the seekbar (or purposefully!) the whole things does a kind of semi-freeze (some items still work such as the player tabs) but I am unable to move on.
Has anyone come across these quirks? I really don't have an answer as to how to fix it.

Hi Tim,
I don't know that I've seen this behavior (I'm on an iPad mini though) and I'd be curious to know what iOS you're using? iOS8 did have some issues with needing to double tap the next/prev buttons but this was fixed in Update 7 of Storyline 1.
Do you have a link to the course that you could share so that we could test on a few different iPad versions?

Yes I can do this for you. Is there any way I can send you the details privately (as it contains passwords and all sorts of corporate stuff!) where you can access the courses to your hearts content! :)
