Unable to publish a file in Articulate Storyline 360

Hi,

I am unable to publish a file in Storyline 360. When I select the publish option, it starts publishing but after that the Storyline file closes on its own.

What should I do?

Hi there, Siksha.  I'm sorry that's happening!  Let's check a few things out:

  • To what folder are you publishing your course?  You'll want to be sure to publish directly to your C: drive first before moving the output to another location, such as a shared, external or network drive.
  • Do you have any problems previewing the entire course?  Sometimes a corrupted element in the course will cause issues with both previewing and publishing.  I try to narrow down to the slide that won't preview in these cases, and start finding the broken element.
