Unable to publish SL quiz to Review 360

Yesterday, I published a SL 360 quiz to Review 360, but after the initial publication, I was unable to publish any of the updated SL files. SL 360 just crashed and I had to restart the software. I tried again this morning with the same result. When I checked Review 360, only the original published file appears; none of the others. 

What can I do to remedy my situation? 

FYI - for what it's worth, I'm including a "restart course" trigger in the quiz and wonder whether that could be throwing things off.
