Unable to Publish to Ariculate Story Line 2

I received this message when I publish. Can someone help me?

"A problem occurred while publishing to Articulate Online. Click the more button for troubleshooting of information."

When I click the troubleshooting " I get to change time zone" The time zone is correct.

Please help!
