For some reason, I'm not able to publish a course to Word if I include notes. It will appear to publish, but when I open in Word, it only shows me the slides before my first slide with notes. I tried publishing the same way with another project and the same thing happened. If I deselect the notes option before publishing, it works fine, but I need the notes too.
I use Storyline via Parallels on my Mac (I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it, since most of my troubles seem to be related to that.)
You may find that publishing an Articulate Storyline course to Microsoft Word ends unexpectedly without completing if your course includes slide notes. This can occur if you're using Word 2010 or 2013 with custom File Block Settings. See this article for more information and a solution.
Tried that and it didn't work. I use Storyline 2 and have this issue in both versions (1 & 2). I think I give up. It's probably easier to extract notes using the translation function, but I'd be curious to hear if anyone comes across this issue. Thanks!

I'm not aware of this issue. Does this happen with any file or just this file?

Yes, I have a windows version of Word installed. It happens with all my Storyline source files. For some reason, it doesn't like slide notes.

I tried that twice, but it didn't work. Still not finishing my download :(
Perhaps a repair of your software will assist if you've adjusted these settings and have difficulty across projects.
