unable to publish without Menu and Title

Hi, I've been trying to publish my project without a visible menu or title. I have the 'menu' and 'title' boxes UNCHECKED in the Player features but it is still publishing with a menu. Any suggestions of something I may be missing?

Hey Extension Engine! What version of Storyline are you using? If you're using Storyline 360, are you using the Modern Player? 

Our team is investigating an issue in the Modern Player where the menu will still appear on slides, even when it has been uncheck in the Slide Properties window. Let me know if that's what you're seeing!

I'm happy to let you know that the issue we were investigating in the Modern Player where the menu would incorrectly appear on slides is now fixed! 

Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

Hi Alyssa,

Since this issue in late July, I have updated Articulate storyline a few
times and tried to re-publish my story several times and still am unable to
get a result without the menu visible. I have *unchecked* the menu option
in the player features and I actually went through every chapter to make
sure the settings didn't get somehow altered. They all look like this:

However, when I publish, I get this:;

The person I'm doing this work for is getting increasingly impatient. Is
there any way to fix this glitch that you can see? Did I miss something?

Hi Brittany.  That sounds like a lot of pressure from your client, and I'm sorry for that! 

A quick note - if you replied via email, picture attachments won't come through.  Would you be able to pop back into the discussion and reattach them here?

I did a quick mockup course without the menu, and it displayed as expected.  If you can share your .story file as well, I'm happy to publish and test on my end, too!  Just attach it to this discussion.  If you need to keep it private, send it along using this link.  Thanks!
