Unable to record audio with screen recording

Hi, I haven't used Storyline in nearly a year and a half. I remember having mic problems before and don't know how I got it fixed. Today, when I go to record screen, it says 'no audio' at the bottom and can't seem to enable it. If I look at the settings on my laptop for sound, it says that the 'Samson Meteor' mic is the default so why is Storyline not seeing it? Any help appreciated????
