Everytime I try to use the photographic charctaer bundle that I purchased I get an error message and I send of an error report but nothing happens..no response. I have tried running the installation wizard and modifiying or reinstalling but still I get the same error message and cannot access the photographic character bundle that was purchased some motnhs ago now.
