Unable to sign in

Hi all,

My sign in to SL is not working. I am signed into 360 no problem and can work in there fine. But when I try to open SL says I need to log in and am being re-directed to web browser - which doesn't happen.

Never had this before, very frustrating as I have things I need to work on in SL.

Any help gratefully received.

Hello Jane,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your login.

I'd like to have you log out completely and see if this alleviates the issue:

  1. Close the Articulate 360 desktop app by right-clicking the Articulate icon in the system tray and selecting Quit.
  2. Then, restart the machine and try signing in again.
