I am using Articulate 360 where at the middle of the project i got a pop up to sign in the software. I entered my mail id and the password but the sign in page is being refreshed and again asking for the sign in.
I have even reset the password and restarted my computer.
I am unable to work please do help anyone for this issue to be resolved.
