Unable to sign in using the Desktop app - have downloaded the latest version

Hi,

I am unable to login the SL 360 Desktop App...I have downloaded the latest version but clicking the Sign In button does absolutely nothing. I have disabled the anti-malware software and other firewalls but nothing is working.
