Unable to update articulate 360 desktop app above version 1.6.11965.0 Apr 06, 2019 By Mhairi Longmuir Hi there, I am unable to update my articulate 360 app above version 1.6.11965.0 I have tried uninstalling and re-installing quite a few times. I have also tried everything on this page: https://articulate.com/support/article/How-to-Solve-an-Error-Installing-Updating-or-Uninstalling-Articulate-360-Apps Though I am not working within a network, so a few of the issues there don't apply to me. I even tried the very last solution and it hasn't worked. Thank you
