Unable to update Articulate 360 version 1.6.11965.0

Hi,
I am currently using iMAC and have Articulate 360 running on VMware Fusion (Windows 10 x 64).
I tried to download an update via Articulate 360, it was unsuccessful.
Help required!

Thanks for the help! I have gotten the "rare issue". I've applied the steps for Virtual Machine, reboot my computer and it worked!
