Hi, my client's LMS provider (d2l) is investigating this case, but I am wondering if there are any thought about that in Articulate. I have a package that gets uploaded to the course directly, but when I try to add to the Learning Object Repository (LOR) it uploads but does not play - error unable to acquire LMS API. I am wondering what could be the case. I found several postings here on the same error but was not able to figure it out. Thanks!
Thanks for getting back! The client helped me resolving the issue. Although the D2L provides a button to preview the content from the LOR, there is no player to do it, and when courses are being previewed it shows like an error. However, the content plays fine when I upload this LOR object to the Course Module. Uhhh! Keeping learning! Thanks again for your generous support!

Hello Tamara!
I just wanted to link to your other thread here. Have you been able to test this file in the SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is the same there?
