Unable to view my course (developed using storyline 360) on mobile.

Hello everyone, I developed a course using storyline 360. However, after publishing it, I'm unable to view the same on my Android mobile. It works perfectly fine on my laptop/desktop however it doesn't work on mobile or iPad. It shows a black screen with loading symbol. How do I make this work?

Please note one more point, when I publish the course to Articulate 360 Review ( the one where we can internally review the course and give comments), that link opens in my mobile.

What's the solution to my problem? I have added screenshots of the same. Kindly help

Also, smart move on opening a case! I see my teammate, Anna, sent some initial troubleshooting steps to try for the Cannot Download Content message you're seeing

  • First, ensure that your mobile device is connected to the internet.
  • If the error persists, upload the published output to the server again.
