I have created a course which include mp4, mov, swf video. I have publish a course with HTML5 checkbox checked. This course will not launch video on ipad. Has anyone experience this issue?
The video did play on my iPad. I do have the App installed, but this was published using only HTML5, so it opened and played in Mobile Safari. However, you may want to look at the information here regarding Mobile Safari.

Samir,
If you put swf files in your project they will not play on the iPad, because it doesn't support Flash.
Are all of your videos not playing? Are they playing on a computer?
We will need more information to be able to help you. If you could upload your file we can take a look at it.
Please see attached example using Mov video that I publish to work with ipad. I publish using only HTML5 option.
Hello Samir,
I am able to view your published output on an iPad mini using 8.1.3. Can you test the published output here?

We tested it using iPad 8.1.3 and video did not load for us. Did the video play for you? Also do you have any Articulate player installed on the ipad?
