Undefined resposnses from pool of questions

Hi,

I am fairly new to storyline. I have the following problem with the reports on the questions for a course I have set up;

  • 6 pools of multiple choice questions
  • Pulling a designated number to total 10 questions and a pass mark of 80%
  • All set up the same way and are working as scores coming through 
  • Being reported on Saba LMS (not the cloud)

 

Only 1 of the pool of questions is displaying the results correctly. All the other 5 pools are showing the scores, but just if correct or incorrect on an indivudal, the responses are showing as 'Undefined.'  All the questions have been set up the same way so I cannot work out why the 1 pool is showing the results on the report but the other 5 are not...?

Can any one help...?

Hi, David -- Many thanks for reaching out with your question and sorry to hear you are having difficulties! May I ask, have you tested your published output on the SCORM Cloud to see if you encounter the same behavior you may be having in your LMS?
