It looks like you are viewing the file locally. When something is published for LMS or WEB, it is best viewed from those locations.
Try publishing for CD (which works locally) and see if the file downloads. Then you will have a better idea if it will work on the LMS. THe true test though is loading to the LMS and then testing it.
You may also want to try tempshare.articulate.com to test it.
Hi Ashley, that is a useful link. Just recently I read via twitter that Google drive no loner hosts articulate files. But I don't see it mentioned here. Could be useful to other users who might not yet be aware. Just a suggestion.
We removed Google Drive from that documentation once we heard about it this past spring, so that's why we don't have it listed there. As we see folks still mentioning it, we're sure to let them know how it's no longer supported by Google.
