HI Am using Storyline trial version , If am pressing Undo( ctrl + z) its not taking me one step back, its just going something like 10 or 15 steps back and getting unexpected errors(deleting few sides from the course), is storyline software problem or trial version error ?
The undo function in Storyline has been troublesome sometimes since the beta. The Storyline team has made great progress and worked hard on it but sometimes issues remain.
I have experienced the same issues with the Undo option. I've discovered that hitting Ctrl-Z is a BAD thing in Storyline. I have learned to save early and save often. I automatically hit Ctrl-Z in all my applications and I am consistently recreating my slides as a result. PLEASE fix these "remaining issues".

Undo may seem simple but can be incredibly complex to implement and debug sometimes. You never know what submitted bug report leads to something that helps solve the issue.

I'd file a bug report as Phil suggests here: http://community.articulate.com/forums/p/18057/101475.aspx#101475
