Unexpected results on published storyline project

Hi All,

I have created a storyline education module that uses a tab/button navigation. I have made it so the buttons are inactive until certain conditions are met. The initial one is the intro button should become active at end of timeline it instead however clears the screen at end of timeline?

I have taken a screenr of published module behaviour and also of how it behaves in the preview.

Any suggestions of what I have done wrong would be appreciated.
