I wonder if anyone else has run into this. I have a freeform "Pick One" question that I want to send a score of 100 to my LMS (SABA) and if I launch the course and close it more than 2 times I get an unsuccessful LMS completion status from anywhere in the course.
Oddly if I complile without scoring this doesnt happen.
I haven't seen this behavior before, but I'd suggest to also test it in a site such as SCORM Cloud (one of the suggestions in this blog on troubleshooting LMS issues) to see if you're able to replicate the behavior there as well. If not, I'd suggest connecting with your SABA team to share those results. If you're able to replicate the behavior there, can you share your .story file here with us or send along to us privately here?
Have you also looked at testing this in SCORM Cloud? It's an industry standard for testing SCORM output and if the behavior persists there you'll want to share a copy of your Presenter package with our team. Here's a great article on how to walk through the testing of your content in SCORM Cloud.

Thank you for the quick response, I will check with our SABA team and the trouble shooting article.

Thanks Mike, and please keep us posted.
actually I have similar issues when using Articulate Presenter 13 with a Quiz inserted as well. This occurs on both Saba Cloud and Saba Anywhere.
Anyone has similar experience/solution?
