I'd suggest to begin by reviewing this article on troubleshooting common LMS reporting and tracking issues. If you're also able to test it at SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for testing SCORM Content, that'll help us narrow down where the issue is occurring and if not replicated at SCORM Cloud, then connecting with your LMS team as they're your first resource for such issues.
Hi again Ashley, i have just done another test in the Cloud, and this time i completed/passed the content/assessment, but under the Success heading, it shows Unknown?
Did you change anything within the publish setting or were you retaking the same assessment? Can you tell us a bit more about what you went through the first time and on the second?
No, i didnt change the setting. After the first attempt, i clicked 'Launch' again to redo the course and passed/completed the course. The completion and score reflected the right status (Complete, 100%), but strangely the success field showed Unknown.
What publish setting have you included to track completion? You have four reporting options from which to choose:
Passed/Incomplete
Passed/Failed
Completed/Incomplete
Completed/Failed
SCORM Cloud allows for you to show a completion and success status as you've seen, and to report both statuses, you'd choose either Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed when publishing Storyline content. Completed/Incomplete and Completed/Failed report only the completion status.
Also, is there more than one quiz in your course? There is a known issue described here, where upon meeting the completion requirement, and exiting and resuming the course it could change it to failed.

Thanks for that Ashley -I have tested the course in SCORM CLOUD, and it seems to be tracked ok. (Please see screen shot)
What would you suggest i ask my LMS provider? we use SABA.
