Unusual icon appearing

Jun 19, 2019

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone had experienced an unusual icon appearing when previewing question slides. I am building an assessment for a course and keep getting this icon when previewing the slides.  I am unable to paste it here but it is blue circles around black triangles. I have added an attachment of how it looks. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know what it means?

Many thanks

Linda

Hi, Linda. Thanks for that screenshot!

I haven't seen that odd icon before, and am happy to help investigate. First, what version of Storyline are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.

If you're able to share a troublesome slide with our Support team for testing, that would be super! You can send the .story file privately to our team by using this link. They'll let you know their findings, and will delete it after troubleshooting.

Hi

Thank you for your email, I am using Storyline 360. I will send my project to the team using the link. Hopefully, they can sort it! I was advised by my tutor to change the setting to 'on click' but am still getting the icon. I don't know if the icon will appear once I have published the quiz.

Many thanks.

Kind regards,
Linda
