Hi, wonder if anyone can help please, I've created a module in storyline 3 and when viewing on the LMS an image from a previous module is showing as the slide changes to the next. I have checked the image isn't on the slide, the slide master or been formatted as a background and all are clear. The problem doesn't present when previewing within storyline. I would be very grateful of any suggestions of how to get rid of this rogue image...Thanks
Hi Esther, This is kind of weird, but unless we see the said project, it's difficult to say what's wrong.
However, you may fetch the image on the story_content folder after publishing. Also check the course on SCORM Cloud or any other free / Open Source LMS and see if the issue persists.

I've done further testing and resulted in applying new masters and the problem seems to be resolved.
