For the 1st time I am now creating courses that will be output to devices (using Articulate 360).
Once the course has been published and I am accessing it via an IPhone, I get this stray (blank) video screen that I have to close to access the course content.
That's definitely odd! Is this content hosted on a web server or on a LMS? Would you be able to share a link to the content so I can test it on my mobile device?
Also, is there a video on the first slide of this course?
Thank you for the reply! It is stored on our SuccessFactors LMS. The video content is half way through the story.
When accessing it via a PC/Laptop this rogue screen does not appear. I've also attached my publishing settings, just in case there is anything I am missing.

Hmm, this one is definitely a puzzle, Stephen. 🤔
The next thing I would suggest is to test the published output in another LMS environment, like SCORM Cloud, to see if the same problem happens there.
