Unwanted 'video' screen at the beginning of mobile course

Hello everyone,

For the 1st time I am now creating courses that will be output to devices (using Articulate 360).

Once the course has been published and I am accessing it via an IPhone, I get this stray (blank) video screen that I have to close to access the course content.

Any ideas on how to remove this?

Hi Stephen,

Are you hosting your Storyline course in a web server, LMS or on Review? Also, what's the start of your course - is it a video?

Can you also let me know what iPhone and iOS you're using?

Thanks for the reply.

I'm hosting it on our SuccessFactors LMS, IPhone 7+ (11.4.1) and the video content only appears midway through the course.

Thanks, Stephen. When you're viewing the course on the mobile device, is that in the browser or a SuccessFactors mobile app? If you're able to share a link to the course, I can test it out as well - or even a copy of your .story file as then I'll upload to a few other environments for testing.
