It looks like the rendering of published text is still under investigation. I'll add a note in hopes of getting an update for you.

I'd say that the improved published output performance encompasses all of the listed improvements; generally more stable and more reliable.
And as far as I know, we haven't implemented support for Tin Can 1.0 yet, but it is on the agenda.
