Update Articulate

I have just moved to a new laptop and tried downloading Articulate 360. 

Initial download seems to work fine, however when i try to open the application it tells me that this version is no longer supported and needs an update. However it doesn't let me update it. 

Please help me out ASAP!

Hi Alex,

So sorry for the trouble, and I appreciate those screenshots. 

The first and quickest solution that often fixes similar issues is:

  • Reboot your computer and then try updating
  • Or, uninstall your Articulate software and then download the current version of the desktop app right here
