While I generally love new features, as soon as I did the new Storyline update it ballooned the time it takes to launch the application to +/-10 minutes. At first I assumed it was just to get settled in after the update, but I had to restart my computer for another reason and it did it again. Please tell me this new "time out" isn't part of the new features? I can't say my manager will approve ;-)
That definitely sounds out of the ordinary, so I'd suggest starting with a reinstallation of Storyline 360. If after the reinstall you find that opening Storyline is still taking an excess amount of time, reach out to our Support Team and they'll work with you one-on-one to figure out what's causing it!
