Are you running into an issue with your update installation as well?
We certainly do want to know so that we can track any potential bigger issues outside of your own environment. Are you getting an error?
Typically a repair of the software can clear up any issues, but if you're having trouble with that we certainly do advise uninstall/reinstall if needed.

Sorry to hear that Sam, but I do appreciate you chiming in to share.
Does this mean you are back in working order now or do we need to dig a bit deeper to see what's going on with your update/install?
I'm working again. But we had to uninstall Storyline and re-run the Articulate installation.
Sometimes update runs lickity-split, other times it seems to hang about 80% though and doesn't complete.
Oh no Sam. Sorry you had to do more than the normal update to get back in working order, but I certainly appreciate you sharing with us for awareness.
Glad you're back to good though.
Un/Reinstalling is the only solution for this?
