This has happened twice already- updates not working and I use to uninstall storyline 360 and then re install it. This use to work however not working at the moment. So i am unable to update or install stortyline 360

I have done all of the solutions suggested in the common reasons and solutions- still not working.
When you say project file, can you please elaborate as this is not a project file i am struggling with, its the actual software...
