It sounds like your LMS is only recording the first attempt by the user? Have you included a "Retry" quiz button or are you allowing the user to just resume the course and try to take it again? If the latter, most learning management systems (LMSs) consider a course to be in review mode after the tracking requirement has been met. In review mode, resume data is no longer sent to the LMS, which prevents learners from accidentally changing their course status from complete back to incomplete or could interfere with updating the score. There is a method described here on how to modify that behavior, although it's not supported by Articulate.
I'd suggest by reviewing the article here on troubleshooting common LMS issues, as if you're using the "retry" button it should allow you to take the quiz again and update your score. I'd also suggest testing the course out at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM Content to see how it behaves there - and you may want to share those results with your LMS team. I'd suggest checking into both of those before looking at modifying the behavior further.

already put the Retry button still remains close to scoring the first try.

more helpful, because my score is 50% and not 100% in my mind when the LMS Scorm, my maximum score is 50%, that would be 100%.
