Our team is looking into this as I type - but we've narrowed it down to only happening when you open a file from Windows Explorer. If you open Storyline and navigate to the Open File > Browse you should be able to open those normally.
We'll keep you posted here as soon as we have an update!
Thanks for your patience while our team fixed this up! We released an update this AM that resolved the problem where project files wouldn't always open in Storyline 360 build 3.35.20995.0.
Let us know if you have any trouble after installing the latest Build 3.35.21017.0!
We simplified the published output in Storyline 360 builds 3.35.20995.0 and later. When you publish HTML5-only or Flash-only courses, Storyline no longer generates these files in your published output:
index_lms_flash.html
index_lms_html5.html
story_flash.html
story_html5.html
You'll only see the files above when you publish courses with both HTML5 and Flash formats.

I'm having this same problem. When I open a course, it gives me the "Send error report" message, and then each of my scenes is blank.
yeah, I get a weird "send information to articulate" splash screen when I restart the program too. Seems to me that's been happening for a while.

I'm not seeing story_html5 in the zipped folder when publishing for LMS.
Anyone having this issue?
