Updated from Storyline 2.3 to 2.7, player title/button text is too high

Hi, Casey -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! May I ask if you are finding the same behavior with the most recent update available for SL2, Update 9? And also, we might have better luck assisting if we were able to take a look at your file. If you'd like to share for private review, here is the form you would need to do so. :)

Thank you for the response Christie. Unfortunately my company has the software on pretty tight lock-down, which is why I'm only just now getting update 7 installed. It will probably be months before I can get to update 9.

I made a simple file that I attached.

Hi, Casey -- Thanks for reaching out and as I have already installed Update 9 and I do not appear to be experiencing what you have described, I would like to have our Support Engineers weigh in here with their thoughts, as well.
