Hi, I just updated to version 8 and when opening Storyline after the install the free trial button was the only way I could access the program. I should still have my paid subscription shouldn't I?
Yep, had the same thing but as Wendy has said, the option to activate with your serial number option will bring up the serial number of your program on your computer. Just click it to confirm and it'll take you into your latest updated version!
