Updater and LMS courses with auto-play - Frantic due to changes tomorrow

As of 6 p.m. tomorrow, our LMS (Relias Learning) won't support any of my  over 200 courses created in Storyline with Autoplay. I have installed Updater and have scanned most of my courses and updated them. I am trying to upload the new versions one by one. I now find each one has two zipped files with "backup" in the name. Which of the two should I be updating? Has Storyline already been updated so that any courses that I create now are correctly processed for the upcoming changes to Chrome and Internet Explorer? How can I tell?

Is there a way to update individual courses without scanning an entire drive?

We have 1000 employees, many of whom are in the middle of taking courses that I've created. I don't know what will happen to them on Thursday morning if I haven't updated all of the 200 courses.

Hi again, Laura ..and those following along who might have a similar question!

Circling back to share that my teammate, Anna, confirmed that the generated backup files are A-OK. The mass updater will update courses that have audio or video on the first slide.

Simply click Update Selected Files, and a backup copy of each file will be created in the same folder as the original. Then, re-upload the zip file with the original file name (not the one with backup at the end) to the LMS.
